Wanted to try something new and looked at the menu and everything looked delicious. We ordered our food and it came out WAY faster than we expected. We got the bao bun bundles 2 w/ an egg roll and 1 w/ fries. It was amazing!! We also got 2 Thai teas with coffee jelly and a Vietnamese coffee(they let you have a sample because it's very strong) the tea tasted like a dessert and the coffee was perfect for someone who loves the taste of coffee. We did order more food after devouring every thing we originally got and loved that as well (bulgogi rice bowl and wagyu burger and fries). Only negative is portion sizes felt closer to a lunch than a dinner but over all can't wait to go back!!

What a find walking around downtown okc! Walking distance from the botanical gardens. Good elevated fast food. Their bun type sandwiches are what they are known for and the Sriracha chicken one is very food. The beef bulgogi bowl was very good as well. I got extra sambal but did not need it - perfect spice level. Will return with friends for a quick bite before we head out for the night!! Oh and the staff was very helpful and kind - thanks to them

My wife took me to lunch for my birthday. The food was good and flavorful. We were the only people in the restaurant but our table was not clean meaning that it appeared clean until after we sat down. Overall we still had a good experience.

The food is delightful. The buns are super tasty. And the taro cake is a good mix of sweetness and fruity-ness. I’ve had 2 instances recently where I received the wrong bun out of 3 I ordered. On one hand, it’s ok because they’re all tasty. On the other, it’s a bit suboptimal that the expectation was not met in those particular instances.

Very impressive bao buns and extremely affordable! I ordered the two bun/one side combo, and the total was 11. The young woman who took my order was friendly and helpful with recommendations. The honey Sriracha chicken is a must. I ordered a second one after I ate the first one too fast.

Great hidden place in downtown Oklahoma City! Fresh and quickly made! Great costumer service! We highly recommend it! We enjoyed their Thai Tea and Mango Madness. Their food was delicious. We tried a bowl, steamed bun, and sandwich, and they were all yummy.

We came to this place for a late dinner on a Friday. Got there a little after 8pm, they closed at 9pm. You’d never know it. Everyone was so very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean. Food hot and fresh. We went as a group of 7, everyone getting different things and everyone really enjoying their food. We will definitely be back. They’ve also got some deals where you can get several bao buns with an egg roll and I believe a drink might be included. Prices were very affordable in a time where going out to eat isn’t always cheap anymore.

I first tried Cafe de L’asie when they were at The Collective. It was great because my husband and I were trying a little bit of everything, right? So we got one bao to share. I took one bite and was immediately like “NOPE. YOU’RE GETTING ANOTHER ONE!” Haha! They haven’t changed since their brick and mortar location. If anything, they’ve gotten even better. Their flavors are impeccable. The shrimp bao is by far the best one and their taro cheesecake is to die for. The togarashi fries are great and my husband recently tried the banh mi and loved it. Definitely recommend coming here!
